We (zender & Chaos) were invited to paint the capital letters of five different poems for advertisement agency Fitzroy in Amsterdam. Fitzroy came up with the poems that represented their philosophy and Guido de Boer did the calligraphy. Fitzroy agency's name was derived from the commander of HMS Beagle (Darwin's ship) and because of this the capital letters were filled with nautical symbols that were part of the poems. The capital letters formed one word: ADAPT, which is part of Fitzroy's mission statement: All company's should adapt to change in order to survive. The wall was finished just before their annual bash (27th of Januari 2015) as you can see in the video below.
